• Project moderation

    • What is a project moderation?

Once you think your project draft is ready for publishing, you click on the Publish button and your project goes to GlobalLab team that reviews your draft.

If your draft is approved for publishing, you will receive and email from GlobalLab team about it.

If there are some areas in your draft that require improvement, GlobalLab team will send you an email with suggestions.

We advise you to read them carefully and add necessary changes to your draft before you resubmit it for moderation again: you not only lose 50 Power units for every moderation attempt, but also you can only submit the same draft for moderation 3 times. After that your draft will be blocked.

    • How long does a project moderation take?

It usually takes from 1 to 4 weeks for our team to review a draft.

    • What happens when a project draft does not pass moderation?

If there are some areas in your draft that require improvement, GlobalLab team will send you an email with suggestions.

If your project draft is similar to a project already published on the website, if your project content does not correspond with GlobalLab mission and/or violates User Agreement, your draft can be blocked.

    • What should I check before I click the Publish button?

Pre-publishing moderation will take 50 power units from your account, so before you send your project for review check the following:

      • all required fields in the Project Builder are filled in correctly
      • grammar and typos
      • your project Report Form questions are in vein with the project Goal, Research Question and Protocol
      • there are no commercial, explicit or other materials which violate User Agreement
      • there is no software protocol that can fish, gather and store any data from the GlobalLab web site

      Please note:

      • 1. You need at least 50 Power units to submit your project for moderation.
      • 2. After your project is published the number* allowed publications will be reduced by one (see your subscription plan for details).
      • 3. You can edit or add changes only in some parts of a published project.
