To sign in you need to:
You may also access our website from a social network of your choice by entering your personal user registration information. Select the icon of your preferred social network. It is on the mail page next to the header Sign in with… and Sign In button, as well as at the bottom of window for entering your registered username and password)
At the top right corner of any page, next to the Sign In button or your username if you have already signed in, there is a dropdown menu for switching languages.
Click on it and choose the language you desire.
If you are not signed in, main page language is determined automatically. The Web site remembers chosen language for the signed in participant.
Most likely, you have not activated your User Registration yet. After you complete your registration form, you are emailed an activation code. If the email doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time, look for it in your spam folder. Follow the link specified in the email to activate your User Registration. Once that is accomplished, you can access the website using the username and password you provided at registration. In case of problems, contact our support department email@example.com.
Most likely, a mistake has been made in specifying your username and/or password. Make sure you use same username and password that you used to register. Try to enter your registration email address instead of your username (the system accepts email as a username). Once more, make certain you activated your user account (you should have received a letter prompting you to follow the link to complete your registration).
If you are still unable to resolve the issue, email our support department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Click on the Sign In button. In the window that appears, select Forgot your Password? Type in the email address you provided at registration. We will respond to you via email. If our email doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time, check your spam folder. Follow the link provided in the email. Wait until you get the message stating that your password is changed. Then you may access the site using your new password. The old one will no longer work
Try to access the site using your email address (provided at registration) instead of your username (the system accepts email as a username). If you succeed, your username is going to show on the right side of the homepage menu line and also on the User Profile page.
You can try and register anew. Alternatively, you can contact our support department at email@example.com. Generally, the more detailed information you provide in your User Profile, the easier it is to find your data and retrieve the email and username you provided at registration.
