1. SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
As it pertains to the granting of non-exclusive rights and the providing of services.

Global Lab LLC, hereinafter referred to as “GlobalLab”, offers any individual age 18 and older, hereinafter referred to as “User”, the non-exclusive right to use services and features, hereinafter referred to as “Services”, on the www.globallab.org website.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1. GlobalLab provides User with Services granting User access to agreed upon content and features of the GlobalLab website.
A detailed list of services and prices is available at https://globallab.org/en/store/plans/.
1.2. User accepts and pays for services rendered in a timely manner.
3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
2.1. User is granted access to paid Services on the www.globallab.org website under the following conditions:
2.1.1. User must be a registered GlobalLab participant with an active GlobalLab account and must be signed in on the GlobalLab website by entering their account information (user name and password);
2.1.2. User has submitted payment for Services.
2.2. User can submit payment for Services on behalf of and/or in place of another User.
2.3. User cannot transfer their registration information for globallab.org (user name and password) to other Users and agrees to exercise caution in keeping this information protected. Any activity performed on the GlobalLab website globallab.org under a User’s account information (user name and password) is considered to have been completed by the designated signed in User.
GlobalLab is not responsible for any unauthorized use of User's registration data by third parties.
2.4. User acknowledges and agrees that GlobalLab may, according to its sole discretion, apply additional restrictions when providing certain types of Services. In particular, a number of services may be available only to owners of certain software products who have registered their purchased, licensed copies. Certain types of services may not be available in all countries or regions. GlobalLab reserves its right to refuse Services to individuals who use, or intend to use, GlobalLab Services for any illegal purposes, as well as to individuals who are attempting to gain the said Services unlawfully.
2.5. User is notified and must take into account the fact that the software, as well as materials that become available in the course of Services, are subject to the exclusive copyright of GlobalLab and/or other copyright owners and are protected by international copyright laws.
2.6. Services are provided to Users seven days a week, including weekends and holidays with no breaks in service. GlobalLab reserves the right to suspend the provision of Services to all or selected Users for technical reasons (website maintenance, software or hardware updates, etc.), as well as in other cases covered by this Agreement.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
3.1. GlobalLab agrees to:
3.1.1. provide User with Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
3.1.2. keep records of User payments and usage of Services;
3.1.3. notify Users of changes in Services in a timely and straightforward manner by publishing announcements on www.globallab.org or by sending emails to the email addresses that Users provided during registration on the GlobalLab website.
3.2. User agrees to:
3.2.1. submit payments for Services on time and in full;
3.2.2. accept Services provided by GlobalLab;
3.2.3. comply with the terms of the User Agreement for the GlobalLab website www.globallab.org;
3.2.4. review announcements and updates from GlobalLab available on the website;
3.2.5. promptly notify GlobalLab in the case of lost or stolen information connected to User’s globallab.org account (user name and password);
3.2.6. keep records and proof of purchase for the payments submitted to the GlobalLab Store for not less than 12 months from the date of purchase (electronic receipts).
5. SERVICES DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE
4.1. Prices for Services are available on the GlobalLab website https://globallab.org/en/store/plans/.
4.2. Payments are made by wire transfer according to User’s billing information generated by the user interface.
4.3. Payments are made in US dollars.
4.4. User must verify that payment and billing information is correct.
4.5. Services are considered paid in full by the User immediately upon GlobalLab’s receipt of:
- banking confirmation about the payment transferred to a GlobalLab account;
- payment system confirmation used for wire transfer.
6. TERMS FOR USING WEBSITE MATERIALS
5.1. Acceptance of Services is reflected in the user interface of the www.globallab.org website.
6.1. Terms for the use of information materials to which User has access on the www.globallab.org website come as a result of provided Services. Such terms are defined by the owners of relevant information material and are reflected in the User Agreement of the www.globallab.org website or other documents accompanying the relevant product or material.
6.2. User agrees to comply with the legislation banning any technological violations. This ban is to ensure the protection of the copyright and related rights granted to the owners of certain products and materials.
6.3. User holds full responsibility under applicable laws for any violation of the established terms governing the use of materials and objects of intellectual property, to which User has access in the course of providing Services.
8. DURATION AND AMENDMENT of THE AGREEMENT
9. TERMINATION of the AGREEMENT
8.1. Agreement becomes active and binding from the date of User acceptance (such date is defined as the date of payment), and is valid until the time of termination or on other grounds specified in the Agreement.
10. WARRANTY AND PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
9.1. User may at any time unilaterally abandon GlobalLab Services and terminate the Agreement. No refund will be given for any unused time or Services.
9.2 . GlobalLab reserves the right to terminate the Agreement with User in the event of a breach by User of this Agreement. A contract shall be considered terminated from the date of notification of the User by GlobalLab.
11. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
10.1. During the term of the Agreement GlobalLab will make reasonable efforts to correct any errors and failures which might hinder User access to Services and result in the malfunctioning of the www.globallab.org website. Nevertheless, GlobalLab cannot guarantee complete absence of errors and failures and reserves the right to suspend the provision of Services for technical reasons. These suspensions cannot be viewed as a breach of the Agreement by GlobalLab .
10.2. GlobalLab does not guarantee proper operation of the software products, information materials, or access that is provided in the course of Services for each User’s specific hardware and software. User shall, at his/her own discretion, and at his/her own risk, select the appropriate Services, taking into consideration the characteristics of User’s own hardware and software.
10.3.1. User indicates that information provided for registration on the www.globallab.org , for placing orders, for making payments is accurate.
10.3.2. User has the necessary physical and legal capacity and the authority to enter into and uphold the terms of this Agreement;
10.3.3. User has sufficient knowledge to make an informed choice of Services, taking into account the characteristics of specific hardware and software that User owns.
12. OTHER CONDITIONS
11.1. User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information specified during registration at the www.globallab.org website and for the validity of the statements and information mentioned in section 10 of this Term of Use.
11.2. In case of User violation of the terms of this Agreement and/or GlobalLab’s general User Agreement, GlobalLab may:
- suspend the provision of Services until User eliminates all violations and reimburses GlobalLab for any infringement loss
-unilaterally terminate the Agreement and notify User of the termination.
11.3. GlobalLab cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any actions/absence of actions by third parties, in particular: any loss, damage to business reputation, injury caused to User as a result of failures of software or hardware that do not belong to GlobalLab, inaccessibility of some sections of the Internet, or as a result of the User’s inability to use selected payment method.
11.4. GlobalLab is also exempt from liability for breach of the Agreement if such failure is caused by force majeure including: actions of public authorities, fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, massive power outages, strikes, civil unrest, disturbances, or any other circumstances that may affect the Agreement and for which GlobalLab holds no responsibility.
11.6. GlobalLab’s aggregate liability under the Agreement shall be limited to an amount paid by User for the Services covered by this Agreement.
13. Contact information
12.2. Any notice under this Agreement is considered made in the appropriate format and received by the other party if:
12.2.1. sent from GlobalLab to User (1) by e-mail address specified by User during registration; the changes go into affect the day after sending the email, (2) and noted as official information on the www.globallab.org website; these will go into affect three business days after publication of the information.
12.3. GlobalLab, while providing the Services, does not collect, store, or process Users’ personal information. However, in case of need to restore User’s account information (username and password) that has been lost, or if User files a claim that his/her account information has been violated or used in an unauthorized manner, or if User files a claim for payment or credit refunds, GlobalLab has the right to ask User to provide some personal information that will be used exclusively for purposes of this Agreement, and for the protection of the User’s and GlobalLab’s rights.
